Meet Capt. Lee

Captain Lee, a lifelong Alabamian, has always felt a profound connection to the water. His journey began on the sun-kissed beaches of the Gulf Shores and the picturesque Fairhope piers, where he spent his childhood casting lines and reeling in fish. From the moment he could walk, fishing became a cherished pastime, laying the foundation for his lifelong passion. As he transitioned through his teenage years, Captain Lee’s love for the sea deepened; he graduated from small boats to larger bay boats, honing his skills and finding success in several fishing tournaments along the way. It was during these formative years that he realized his true calling—making a living on the water, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.

Academically, Captain Lee has not only embraced his passion for fishing but has also committed to his education. He holds two associate degrees from Coastal Community College, a testament to his dedication and hard work. In 2020, he further advanced his knowledge by earning a bachelor’s degree in business from Huntingdon College. This unique combination of practical experience and formal education has armed him with the skills necessary to thrive in an industry he loves.

Family is central to Captain Lee’s life. He is the proud father of identical twin boys, both 14 years old, who have inherited their father’s enthusiasm for sports and the great outdoors. Whether they are casting nets into the water or playing catch in the backyard, the boys share a bond with nature and adventure akin to their father’s. As they grow older, Captain Lee takes joy in witnessing their blossoming passion for the water, expressing hope that one day they may join him in making a living through the same pursuits that have defined his life.
